About the Strata DK platform

Toshiba's Strata DK family was the digital key-system line that defined the Strata name. It grew to fit businesses of every size — the DK8, DK14, DK16 and DK16e for small offices, the DK24 and DK40 / DK40i for mid-size sites, and the DK56, DK96, DK280 and DK424 / DK424i for larger deployments.

The platform advanced year by year through the 1990s: digital telephones and data switching in the early releases, the DK16 (Release 4, 1992), the DK8 and the modular DK280 (1993), ACD/MIS on the DK280 (Release 2, 1994), and Release 3.0 (1996) adding Multiple Directory Numbers, Caller ID and TAPI alongside the new DK16e. By 1997–98 the line gained a full product-line refresh, PC-based phones, and ISDN PRI support.

We've supported these systems for decades. If you're running a Strata DK, our certified technicians can program it, reset passwords, add functionality, and supply new or refurbished replacement parts — remote or onsite.
