About the Strata CTX platform
In 2002 Toshiba introduced the Strata CTX100 and CTX670 — the CTX100 replacing the DK40i and the CTX670 replacing the DK424i — bringing larger capacity, multi-system networking, and enhanced voicemail integration. The era launched the 3000-series digital telephones, the CTX Attendant Console, and the ACD server with OAISYS applications.
In 2003 the platform added SpectraLink wireless phones, the DKT2204-CT and DKT2304-CT cordless handsets, and the SoftIPT softphone client. 2004 brought Release 2.2, the compact CTX28 (which replaced the DK14), 2000-series IP telephones, and rack-mountable CTX670 cabinets.
The CTX generation set up the transition to IP with the CIX (CIX200 R3.0, 2005). We support every CTX platform — programming changes, voicemail and ACD integration, handset swaps, and replacement hardware.
