DKT3201 Digital Telephone

Toshiba’s reliable 3200 series DKT3201 digital single-line telephones (SLT) telephones were first released in 2005, manufacturing ceased in 2011, and manufacturer support continued through 2018.

Toshiba’s DKT3201 digital telephones incorporate state-of-the-art telecommunications technology and provide a vast array of calling features. They are easy to operate, and all features are accessed with a feature button or a brief access code.
 DKT3201 Features for the benefit of enhanced productivity:

  • 8 Fixed feature buttons include: Message, Microphone, Speaker, Speed Dial, Redial (Flex Button), Conference/Transfer, Volume up / Volume down and Hold.
  • Phones available in Charcoal (Black)
  • Red/Green LED indicators for Message and Line
  • Digital Single Line Phone for making and receiving calls, handsfree answer back

Press to set up conference and transfer calls.
Hold HOLD BUTTON
Press to hold internal or outside calls.
Mic MICROPHONE BUTTON
Press to turn the microphone off/on while telephone is in use.

MESSAGE WAITING BUTTON
The Msg LED flashes to indicate that a message is waiting. After accessing the intercom, press the Msg button to call back the station or voice mail device that activated the LED.LINE BUTTONPress Line button to access outside Line.FLEX BUTTONDKT3001 mode: Works as Flex button on the DKT3001 only. Redial REDIAL BUTTON
Press to have the system redial the last telephone number you dialed.
Spkr SPEAKER BUTTON
Press to turn the speaker on/off. The Spkr button will also select a line or the intercom if programmed for auto preference in system programming. Also, used to disconnect on-hook speakerphone calls.

DKT 3201 Volume Control Details

Your telephone has a rocker Vol button for controlling speaker and handset volume levels. The top side of this button has a symbol that points up, and the bottom has a symbol that points down. To increase any of the volume levels, press the upward pointing arrow; to decrease any of the levels, press the downward pointing arrow.

IMPORTANT!
Either button must be held down for at least 1/8 of a second for any volume change to occur. If either button is continually held down, the volume will continually change about every ½ second until the level limit is reached or the button is released.
