3000-Series Phones
In 2002 3000-series digital phones became the third generation of digital phones, providing enhancements such as the speakerphone allowing placing and receiving a call without lifting the handset.

3200-Series Phones
In 2005 the 3200-series digital phones replaced the 3000-series with new styling like the Toshiba 2000-series VoIP phones, including a silver inset around the LCD display. Functionally the 3000-series and the 3200-series are the same.

4000-Series Phones
In 2011 the 2000-series cordless phone portfolio was enhanced with the addition of the Toshiba IP4100 SIP DECT wireless telephone. The IP4100 DECT mobility solution can support up to 200 handsets and 40 base antennas.

5000-Series Phones
In 2007 the 5000-series Digital Telephones replaced the 3200-series with new models that include full-duplex speakerphone, backlit LCD, and LCD key labels. The 5000-series VoIP phones replaced the 2000-series in the following year, 2008.

Headset Information
Several models of GN Netcom and Jabra headsets, both corded and wireless, are certified to work on Toshiba Digital and VoIP phones.
